Welcome to Rooted in Nutrition! I’m Adrienne Limqueco — a proud Los Angeles native and future Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). My journey has been anything but traditional, taking me from community college to a bachelor’s degree at Cal State LA, and now into my master’s program.

Rooted in Nutrition is the space where my passions for science-based nutrition, cultural food traditions, and creative free-style cooking come together to inspire healthier, more vibrant living.
